Low-Pressure Amalgam Lamps

Tidro offers low-pressure Amalgam lamps developed with patented pellet technology. Our low-pressure, pellet Amalgam UV lamps emit a higher ultraviolet output over spot Amalgam lamps in dimming conditions. This technology provides reduced expenses with increased UV output, up to three times higher output over comparable lamps.

Applications which benefit from our low-pressure Amalgam lamp technology include UV curing processes for instant drying and strengthening of varnishes, inks, and polymer resins. Low-pressure Amalgam lamps also deliver powerful germicidal properties for instant sterilization and disinfection of water and can be found in many water sterilization applications.
