The following test pass rate standards:
(1) Mounted on the measuring rack, indicating the vertical center position of the lamp tube on the irradiation table (the distance between the lamp tube and the irradiation table can be adjusted up and down to achieve the specified irradiation intensity during the test).
(2) After turning on TUV36W for 5 minutes, the lamp works stably. According to the intensity indicated by the standard color blocks on the indicator card, adjust the irradiation intensity at the center test point of the irradiation platform under the lamp (measured with an illuminance meter). Subsequent exposure test.
(3) During the irradiation test, irradiate the discolored area of the indicator card on the measuring rack. Every 10 indicator cards is a group, each group is irradiated for 1 min, and each intensity is irradiated in 3 groups (a total of 30 indicator cards).
(4) After irradiation, immediately observe the irradiated indicator card with the naked eye, and compare the color of the color block in the discolored area with the color of the corresponding standard color block.
(5) At the same time, measure the irradiation intensity with an illuminance meter to check the result of the indicator card.
(6) If the matching rate between the color block and the standard color block in the color changing area, and the test result of the indicator card and the test result of the illuminance meter is ≥90%, it can be judged as qualified.
